Dutch Baby Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1-2 Tsp Cinnamon to taste
  • 1/3 Cup butter

Equipment

  • 13x9 baking pan
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Optional - 9 inch pie plate

Method
 

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place the butter in the 13x9 pan and put it in the oven.
  3. Combine four eggs, one cup of milk, one cup of flour, 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Once melted, stir the butter into the pancake. Do not grease the pan sides.
  5. Pour the batter into the hot pan and return to the oven.
  6. Bake for twenty minutes.
